That is what life is....
We cannot learn without experience and we cannot gain experience without learning....
But learning makes us sychronize ourselves to the current situation and competition where as experience makes us to deal with problems if any....
this is the thin line that exists between both of them....
the perfection that we get from experience is nothing but the strength of tackle any problem in any situation...
it makes us learn people management, time management, self management, stress management and many more....
As you said, ready learners can prove their existence and talent whereever they are...
Am I right?

Thank you madam,
Our educational system says to give knowledge along with experience. but most of the Educational managers are providing theoretical knowledge with out practical experience. and the teachers who teaches subject, they too are not so proficient in practical knowledge. this proves to guide in a proper way no need of experience. as the welcome board welcomes all but it never comes in.
i mean to say that i am not enough experienced in my life to say that practice before preaching
i belongs to teaching community a teacher should be a student for his life time. i am a learner i have a lot to learn through out my life. so to teach any one i feel what i had learnt with openness and teach my students but not with experience.
